Blue Sky provides practical machining, repair and fabrication support for industrial components, breakdowns and planned maintenance. Our workshop combines CNC and conventional machining with hands-on assessment, repair and manufacturing experience.
Machining capability
- CNC turning: accurate production and repair machining on the Leadwell LT-20 — CNC Turning Centre.
- CNC milling: precision milling on the Leadwell VMC 25 — CNC Vertical Machining Centre.
- Conventional machining: flexible turning, milling, drilling and fitting for repair work, one-off parts and short runs.
- Large-component support: assessment and machining of industrial parts subject to confirmed dimensions, material and tolerance requirements.
Assessment to delivery
- Assess: inspect the component, failure mode, drawings and operating requirements.
- Plan: confirm repair or manufacturing route, material, tolerances and delivery requirements.
- Machine and repair: complete the agreed machining, welding, fabrication or refurbishment work.
- Inspect: verify critical dimensions and workmanship before release.
- Deliver: provide the completed component for installation or onward transport.
